Maria is a South Florida-based Latina guitarist and vocalist who graduated from Dreyfoos School of the Arts in 2020, which is how she and fellow musician, Ace Anderson first connected. As a key member of Team Grace, Maria infuses her music with a deep love for Brazilian culture, inspired by a transformative journey to Bahia that reaffirmed her passion for art and connected her with the heart of Brazilian hospitality. Her original compositions, like "Waiting for You," showcase her lyrical depth and emotive storytelling, embodying The Striped Heart's mission to celebrate diversity and artistic expression through heartfelt performances and cross-cultural inspirations.

MSYJ (Pronounced "Message"), is a Jamaican-born, South Florida-raised musician who blends Hip-hop, Reggae, R&B, and Afro-Beats into a unique sonic experience. Beginning his journey in high school with "Blacktop Entertainment," he expanded his artistry in LA with the band "Soul7" while also exploring culinary arts under chef Eric Greenspan. Returning to Florida in 2018, he honed his production skills at Fast Life Records, leading to his breakout single "See the Light feat RJ" in 2020 and his latest release "Exposed" featuring Ace Anderson. A storyteller and advocate, MSYJ's music resonates with themes of motivation and resilience, reflecting his rich, diverse experiences.
